Wow, as expected the launch of "Adsense Real Estate" was heavily promoted by a few big guns during the week of its launch. Michael Cheney as usual has done up a video which shows the pros and cons of this membership site.

Below is my take on this huge membership site.

1. First on the Pricing

The initial investment for AdsenseRealEstate is $397. Thereafter, you are offered 3 different levels:

Agent Membership - $197 per month: 2 Unique Sites per month + 4 Pre-made Sites (unique to this membership level)

Developer Membership - $247 per month: 3 Unique Sites per month + 6 Pre-made Sites (unique to this membership level)

Mogul Membership - $297 per month: 4 Unique Sites per month + 8 Pre-made Sites (unique to this membership level)

No doubt this will look steep to most online newbies. Hence, I find that this service is not for everyone. It is only for serious Adsense Earners who knows what Adsense is about and wants to an extra help to build up his/her Adsense Real Estate fast.

To illustrate this point further on how to benefit from this membership site, let's assume you are on Agent membership (ie. Level 1). You get 6 sites in 1 month of which 2 are customized based on your request.

For comparison purpose, I do an averaging. At $197,

• Each websites need to earn $32.83 (=197 / 6) in 1 month
• Each websites need to earn $1.09 (=32.83 / 30) in 1 day

To meet the above target, you NEED TO CHOOSE YOUR NICHE wisely. If you choose the wrong niche, you could be only paid pennies for each clicks.

This means you need to go for those competitive niches (eg. financial) Choose your keywords carefully when you submit them to "Adsense Real Estate" for creation. This will ensure you get a better chance of beating the average.

Bottomline: Plan your keywords well and let them help you build the site.

2. Second on getting Traffic

Even if you have a great Adsense website, you will not earn UNLESS you get TRAFFIC! This is often the missing key that I see missing in most newbies sites.

At "Adsense Real Estate", they provided the following:

• Free Link to a PR5 Website - If you purchase one of their content sites they will place a One Way Anchored Text Link on their PR5 Web Design Site that will help get your site spidered quickly and help with your Page Rank. I understand this link will remain on the site as long as you are a member.
  
  
• Link Network - They are developing a link network to link members sites together and help build back links to your sites.

The above will help you get your website indexed. Depending on how the PR5 website link is setup, it may help to bring traffic to your websites.

Unfortunately as at the time of writing this review, the above 2 points are not ready for review. Hence, I am not able to comment on its effectiveness. But in theory, it will help (when done correctly).

However, having said the above, do remember to check out the 24-pages eBook "Generating Traffic Report" under their "Tools And Resources" sections. It contains 8 ways to help generate traffic to your websites.

3. Tools in the members area

The Videos and Tools in the member areas is most useful for those who are just starting out. There are videos tutorial series showing how to:

• Use your hosting cPanel
• Use your Wordpress Blogging tool

There are a big handful of useful ebooks and tools in their "Tools And Resources". This includes

• Generating Traffic
• Understanding Adsense
• Easy Article Submitter
• ARE Google Sitemap Creator
• Profitable Article Marketing
• RSS Encyclopedia
• Push Button Article Re-Writer
• RSS Feed Submitter
• ... and much more

Depending on your level of expertise, you will find some which are of use to you. I understand that the owner Jon is going to add more to this sections.

There are also other sections in the member areas which are still under construction. But it does gives you an idea of what's coming. Some neat add-ons like community-based forums, content resources, social bookmark sites etc.

4. In conclusion

After looking at the features offer, this would be a good tool to add to your Google Adsense arsenal IF you know what to plan for. The tools and resources provided are excellent. However, if you are new and don't have an idea of where the profitable niches are (ie. the high-paying keywords), then you may want to wait and learn elsewhere first before hopping on this ride.
